إن تعيين الجنرال الإسرائيلي دان حلوتس رئيس الأركان الإسرائيلي الأسبق مديراً عاماً لشركة "كامور" المستورد الرسمي لسيارات BMW يشكل وصمة عار لهذه الشركة العالمية حيث أن دان حلوتس متهم بإرتكاب جرائم حرب ضد الفلسطينيين واللبنانيين.
حلوتس هو المسؤول عن قتل وإصابة آلاف الفلسطينيين عندما أشغل منصب رئيس أركان جيش الإحتلال الإسرائيلي وهو الذي قام بالإشراف على عملية إغتيال صلاح شحاده عندما أشغل منصب قائد سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي والتي نفذت بواسطة طائرات "ف16" وأدت إلى إستشهاد 13 مدنياً من بينهم تسعة أطفال وثلاث نساء وإصابة 150 مدنياً. وعندما سأل عن شعوره كطيار عائد من هذه "المهمة", أجاب بصلف: "أشعر فقط برجفة صغيرة بأجنحة الطائرة"!!!. حلوتس هو المسؤول كذلك عن قتل أكثر من ألف مدني لبناني وتهجير مئات الآلاف خلال العدوان الإسرائيلي على لبنان عام 2006.
نحن الموقعون أدناه نتوجه إلى إدارة شركة BMW العالمية مطالبين إياها بوقف التعامل مع شركة "كامور" الإسرائيلية حتى يتم إلغاء هذا التعيين وإعلان تنصلها من دان حلوتس وجرائم الحرب المنسوبة له طبقاً للقانون الدولي.

חלוץ אחראי על הריגת ופציעת אלפי פלסטינים כאשר היה מפקד צבא הכיבוש הישראלי ומשהיה מפקד חיל האוויר הישראלי הוא זה שפיקח על חיסולו של צלאח שחאדה אשר התבצע תוך שימוש במטוסי 16 F והביא להריגת 13 אזרחים פלסטינים, מתוכם 9 ילדים ו- 3 נשים, ופציעת 150 אזרחים נוספים. כאשר נשאל על הרגשתו לאחר ש"משימה" זו הושלמה, הוא ענה בגסות:
" אני מרגיש רק מכה קלה בכנף"!!!.
חלוץ אחראי גם להריגת אלפי לבנונים וגירוש מאות אלפים במהלך המתקפה הישראלית על לבנון בשנת 2006.
אנחנו החתומים מטה פונים להנהלת BMW העולמית ודורשים ממנה להפסיק את התקשרותה עם חברת קמור הישראלית עד שזו תבטל את המינוי של חלוץ ותרחיק את עצמה מפשעי המלחמה המיוחסים לו.

The appointment of General Dan Halutz, former chief of staff of the Israeli army, as director general of Kamor, the official BMW dealer in Israel, is a disgraceful move that dishonors this highly prestigious company. Halutz is suspected of war crimes against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples. He was responsible for killing and injuring thousands of Palestinians in his capacity as chief of staff of the Israeli occupation army
As commander of the air force, Halutz was the commander of the assassination of Salah Shehadeh when an F-16 jetfighter dropped its 1-ton bomb on a building in Gaza City, killing 13 civilians, including nine children and three women, and injuring 150 civilians more. When asked about his feeling as a pilot once such a mission is accomplished, Halutz arrogantly responded: "I only feel the belly of the plan shaking as it drops the bomb"
Halutz was also responsible for the killing of more than one thousand Lebanese civilians and displacing hundreds of thousands more during the Israeli aggression on Lebanon in 2006.
We, the undersigned, call upon the management of BMW International to sever all ties with the Israeli company, Kamor, until after this appointment is cancelled and after Kamor renounces all connections with Dan Halutz and condemns all crimes attributed to him under international law
